Signs It’s Time for a Reset

If you don’t take the time to pause and listen to your body, it’ll keep sending the same message in different forms. Some signs to look out for:
- You’re feeling burnt out or irritable for no clear reason
- Your space feels cluttered or chaotic
- You haven’t felt inspired or excited in some time
- You’re easily overwhelmed or overstimulated by group chats or constant noise
- You’re saying yes to things out of guilt or obligation
- You’re craving alone time, structure, or simply a break
- You can’t remember the last time you just stopped and took a breath
- You feel stuck in your everyday routine
Sound familiar? Just know that you’re not alone–we’re all figuring it out together!
How to Reset (Without Needing to Run Away)

We’re not talking about disappearing into the jungle or booking a pricey wellness retreat (unless that’s your vibe). A true reset starts with you and your immediate surroundings. Here’s how to ease into it:
- Reset Your Space
- Set aside a few hours (or maybe a full day) to declutter and do some spring cleaning
- Pick one area or touch a little of everything–your bedroom, closet, kitchen pantry–the choice is yours
- Reset Your Digital World
- Think about apps or social media platforms that are no longer serving you (delete or deactivate, it’s okay to take a break and come back when you’re ready)
- Set time limits for apps you find yourself doom-scrolling on
- Use “Do Not Disturb” hours for journaling, reading, or meditating
- Try taking a day or weekend off social media–you might actually enjoy it
- Reset Your Energy
- Say no to one thing that drains you or doesn’t align with your current energy
- Block off 30 minutes a day just for YOU–do something that restores you
- Remember that rest is productive. Schedule downtime like it’s sacred
- Reset Your Intentions
- Reflect–whether through journaling or going on a mindful walk
- Ask yourself: What do I need more of? What do I need less of?
- Write down 3 things you want to commit to–new habits, new intentions, refreshed goals, or simple daily shifts
You Deserve to Feel Like You Again

You deserve to feel like yourself again–and you will! Take a pause and get to the heart of what’s going on. You won’t regret it.
This isn’t about changing you’re entire life from one day to the next, it’s about pressing pause, being still, tuning in, and most importantly being honest with yourself.
So light a candle, take a breath, and have a much needed conversation with yourself, it’ll help.✨
