We’ve officially wrapped up the month of July and welcomed in August. We hope that even if this past month was filled with heavy days, you were able to find and cherish small moments of joy and softness. We hope that amidst all the intensity around you, and in the world, you found space to pause and celebrate your own progress.

Whether you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or even unsure if you’re making “real progress,” we’re here to remind you that all those feelings are valid. More importantly, you are growing–you just might not realize it yet

Read on to discover the different ways we experience growth, even when it doesn’t always feel like it.

✨You’re Setting Boundaries–Even When It’s Difficult

Growth can look like setting boundaries to protect your mental health and energy. It can mean saying no, canceling plans when you need to prioritize rest, or creating space from people who drain you–and doing it without guilt. Growth is protecting your peace and doing whatever’s necessary to stay balanced.

❤️‍🩹You’re Choosing to Make Time to Heal

Healing is both a choice and a lifelong process. There’s no finish line, but there are milestones worth celebrating along the way. When you actively choose to heal–whether that means resting, journaling, or taking time offline–you’re shifting into a mindset that values long-term well-being.

💭You’re Questioning What’s “Normal”

You’re reflecting on every part of your life, from family dynamics to work expectations, and asking: Does this still fit me? You’re taking time to unlearn toxic narratives and expectations and reimagining a life that actually aligns with who you are and how you want to live.

🤔You’re Feeling Lost (But You Keep Asking Questions)

Growth at times can feel confusing because you’re no longer functioning on autopilot. You’re feeling your feelings, asking deeper questions, and embracing discomfort. Which means you’re moving with intention, and living and loving with intention. If you find yourself in a season of uncertainty, it might be because you’re no longer willing to live life on default. You crave more-and that in itself is a symbol of growth.

🙌🏽You’re Celebrating Yourself in Small Ways

Maybe you’re not quite where you want to be just yet, but you’re taking the time to enjoy and appreciate where you are in the present moment, knowing that at one point, this version of life is what you once dreamed of and longed for. Growth is honoring all wins, big and small.

Let this be a gentle reminder that growth is not linear, it’s personal. Every step counts, every season matters, and every version of you is valid.

This is especially true for Latinas navigating bicultural expectations, generational pressure, and everyday life.
